Website Design : GamePro Sponsorship Skins

This series is but a small sampling of the numerous skins I made for the GamePro site channel sponsorships. Pictured here: TAG Body Spray, Need For Speed: Carbon, Intel, and Virtua Tennis. In a few cases, such as TAG, Virtua Tennis, and Need For Speed, I was trying to match an already established campaign and add my own twist to it. In other cases, such as Intel, I was given free reign over creativity and merely had to work within Intel's guidelines for their logos. (In fact, for the Intel campaign, the logo was the only asset I was given. All other assets were created by me and later approved by Intel and GamePro both.) In several cases, I was required to create advertising roadblocks or contest microsites ( examples [1], [2] ) that matched the site skins as well.
Skinning the website requires me to exercise my CSS and Photoshop skills together. I not only create the graphics, I write the CSS files so that the graphics and colours can be changed with as efficiently and as quickly as possible. I developed templates and PSD files that would streamline this process as much as possible, while still keeping the overall GamePro layout as consistent for our readers as possible.
