Lil Kickx Logo and Package Design

This was one of my favourite projects: it was not only fun, but I got to be involved as the primary person right from the start. Sometimes being on a multi-person design team means that you come in on a project when aspects of the design have already been finalised. However, I got to work on the logo, package concept, and final layout from start to finish.
The idea for Lil' Kickx is similar to that of the Hookz--a sock and lace combination, but one aimed at younger children. Animal pals for your feet. I illustrated a series of animals in bright colours: green, blue, and pink. Because the package dielines actually reiterate the shape of the animals head, it was eventually pared down to the green bear, and the cat and puppy were included on the back of the final design.
